As in the past, our focus every year is on expanding the existing services we offer to our customers, as their needs evolve. One such area, explains managing member Kevin Dersley, is offering installed base evaluations (IBE): “Incorporating the service agreements offered by Rockwell Automation, an automation products supplier for whom we are authorised distributors, we assist our customers to understand their plant better and to recognise where they run the risk of carrying obsolete or outdated products. Also, we look at options to repair and maintain existing components rather than just to replace them. In this way, we enable cost savings and ensure productivity.”
