Company's potential and service to customers inspire new deal
Bringing even more diversity to the range offered to Haslop & Mason, a partnership was recently forged with Fluke, which boosts customer service through its predictive maintenance range.
"We offer a range of electrical test equipment which varies from multi-meters, power analysers, thermal imagers, vibration analysers, sonic imagers and much more," Fluke sales account manager Kristo Engelbrecht said.
"This new partnership, run through Comtest which is the sole agent for the Fluke brand in South Africa, helps us in our aim of having enough feet on the ground to provide each customer with great service through partners with a good reputation and relationship in the industrial market."
Explaining how the link was forged, Engelbrecht said: "We are very involved in introducing our products to big customers and at plants. A lot of these big customers deal with a preferential supplier.
"Through feedback we often heard the name Haslop & Mason mentioned as a preferential supplier.
"At a meeting with H&M to investigate their Fluke requests, we could immediately see the potential and customer relationships," Engelbrecht said. "It was a no-brainer to partner with them.
The drive in H&M to offer the best service to their customers was visible in references from those customers, he said.
"With this partnership the customer gains access to product support and training from qualified specialists. There will be training sessions held in the Eastern Cape throughout the year to offer our knowledge and experience to customers."
